The purpose of the Okinawa Enlisted Spouses’ Club (OESC) Scholarship Awards Program is to acknowledge and reward outstanding academic achievement of eligible dependent family members of Armed Forces personnel (Active Duty, Activated Reserves, Activated National Guard), retired military, surviving spouses, federal employees stationed on Okinawa and active or retired Disabled American Veterans (DAV) of any rank, by offering financial assistance for study at higher learning institutions. The Scholarship Awards Program is a merit-based scholarship program and historically, monetary awards range from $500-$2000.
